The highlight of the National Hunt season, the Cheltenham Festival is the annual championships of jump racing. It takes place over four days in Gloucestershire, with the 2012 Festival falling between Tuesday 13th and Friday 16th March.
Twenty-seven races will take place over four days, with the highlight being the Gold Cup on Friday. Last year Long Run downed chasing legends Denman and Kauto Star, but Kauto has beaten him twice this season and will bid for a historic third Gold Cup.
